I often say an organization's "story" is the hard work that it does for a specific audience... everything, from products and services, to how it operates on a daily basis. The brand however, is how the story makes them feel.

One aspect you have control over, the branding, is the cover to this book. Does it match the hard work already taking place in the organization?
